What I am about to reveal is information few ever realize or understood. Physically fit and healthy does not mean spiritually fit and healthy. Many believe when they keep their body fit, where you feel those endorphins kicking in, and you have this pleasurable feeling of strength and well-being, they in turn believe this is some sort spiritual aptitude.
They sense this is regulating harmony and beauty, and over-all wellness, strength and even a strong sexual prowess. That feeling that is buzzing through your body is not the spirit, but the matrix.
My friends, there is nothing wrong with being in good health, with good body strength and that optimum feeling of goodness. But do not be deceived. All you are doing is building the matrix program into a sufficient machine. As it stated in the Bible,
I Timothy 4/8
“For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.”
These bodies, the five senses, everything we recognize that surrounds this template is all fake, it is an illusion. It is all in the mind, linked with the programmable machine. I am not here to burst your bubble. I am here to bring absolute truth unfettered, no matter how hard it is for many to hear this.
The fact of the matter is, if you are truly being led by the Father, you will be war torn, battered and brought close to physical demise. You are not going to be this perfect specimen of an avatar. You are going to be beaten, prodded, knocked down, delivered unto trials and tribulations.
The end result if properly executed will be a soul that no longer identifies with the mind-body, but identifies with the spiritual body to come. We are in a battle, we are in a war of not only the body, but the mind versus the spirit.
Do you really believe a strong fit body makes you a better spiritual candidate for the Kingdom? The more we are in tune with the flesh, the greater the possibility will be we will not leave this prison when asked. That which is desirable here will only get in the way of that which is to come.
Yes indeed, good health is important, a strong body is helpful for a strong mind, but understand, the spirit can lift a broken body and a diseased mind, and still work its miracle even in the flesh that is torn asunder.
We must awaken to the realization that anything that keeps us prisoner will indeed be a downfall. Let me ask you a question, who would be more likely to desire to leave this fleshly body and world behind, the sick or the healthy?
Who would walk away from this world, the physically fit or the one burdened with many issues? The greater we are in tune with the fleshly world the less we are in tune with the Father. Do you know why Christ talked about fasting as a way to draw near to the Father and often there is no other way to defend against evil spirits.
Fasting is not for your physical health although it helps a little, ‘profits a little in short term.’ Fasting is done to sever your intake of the very thing that keeps you alive physically, which is food and water. Fasting is done to separate ourselves from the inclinations of the flesh so all that we can depend on is the spirit.
Fasting is done to beat down the human body, which brings on sickness and ill health if it were to continue, and eventually if you didn’t stop your body would die. Fasting is proof that we must not depend on the flesh in any way, we must only depend on the Father and his spirit and sometimes it takes fasting to make one realize how of little use this body really is.
So I ask, is it wrong to be strong and healthy? Of course not. There are benefits, as it says, it does profit little. The sad fact is, it also harms greatly. I am not telling people to go out and damage your body, eat wrong foods, and live an imbalanced life, of course not.
I am saying do not pretend to believe that a stronger body and health aligns one with the Holy Spirit anymore than anything else of this fallen world. The only thing that aligns us properly, is what is in your spiritual heart and spiritual mind.
These are what need to be balanced. A true heart of the Father seeks for the spiritual things, not the fleshly things. A true aligned soul is not someone that floats through life with little adversity. No, to the contrary, they are beaten down to a pulp. They are fraught with many set backs.
A boxer in a 15 round fight will normally come out beaten, bloodied and bruised. No matter how good in shape they were, they will appear as a broken vessel. In the spiritual battle we wage, it is a long many rounds of punishment and when we are done, what is left is barely a shell of the human, but the spirit will be in perfect tune.
Like the words on the Statue of Liberty,
“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”
The battle won is the battle fought, and when we are done with this battle we are not coming out as fit as a fiddle. If we truly fought the battle we should have been wrecked in more ways than one.
We live in a world that the outer sight of one another is what we see as pleasing or not. Yet from the spiritual world the outer in this form means nothing. It is the inner that the Father look unto, the spiritual mind. He knows that the external outer-world body if a true child has truly fought the battle; the exterior will have been compromised, but the internal will glow like a light of many suns.
As it was stated,
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.”
The physical body is an illusion, it is a trick of the eye, you look at an internal chart as an X-ray, all you will see is a skeleton of bones. The true spiritual man/woman is not what’s in or outside the body, but in the heart and soul.
These bodies are death and not life. There is no eternal function in these avatars. All of them will cease to live and turn into dust as they were before we were given them. Do not be deceived, strengthen the spirit, for the body is of little use in our future.
Now, why do I say it is not wrong to be fit, and yet seem to be saying it is not helpful. Obviously we do our best as stewards to maintain the body and its inner strength. But we must do greater things than this. We must strengthen our spiritual aptitude and in so doing will often mean the lessening of the physical body.
We are not to go out and destroy ourselves purposefully. Just like even though we want out of this life we do not ever commit Suicide, we wait for the Father to do the great work in us, as a glory unto him. He is the master molder, fashioning the clay of our spirit, not our bodies.
We accept our battle scars and wounds as signposts for our coming Kingdom. Often these truths cannot even be understood by the young, it usually takes an older person to recognize the body is a piece of warn out junk.
The question is, as your material laden body wears down, is your spirit growing stronger? This is all that matters. A true man or woman balanced by the spirit of the Father no longer looks to the body for refuge, they go to the spirit. The body means nothing anymore.
Those constantly trying to pump the iron are actually pumping the ego. The EGO is the SELF that is in contrast with other egos. The ego is how you perceive yourself. Being strong, fit and sexually active is not spiritual strength, it is carnal minded. It is not necessarily wrong, but it will not truly aid you in entering the Kingdom of the Father.
The moral of the story is, our true strength and energy and life comes directly from the Spirit of the Father via Christ and nothing else. You could have a broken down body/machine and be stronger than a human army; spiritually speaking.
Like James said, show me your faith without works and I will show you mine with works. Meaning, The one who believes in the power of the Father operates by that power, the other who simply talks the words are cheap.
No matter how strong or fit you are, unto the Father you are a weakling and have no real strength until you show your true strength of spirit. This is the true litmus test, and the only deliverance for the soul. Everything else is a trap of the ego. Do not fall into it.
